Registration
Thank you for your interest in Maple Tree
Preschool! The
2010-2011 Maple Tree Brochure and application forms can be downloaded, filled out and sent
in to 3060 Wilson Ave., Grandville MI 49418 with
your registration fee of $50.00.
Upon receiving
your application, I will send a confirmation
letter to you, which will include health and
immunization forms which need to be filled out
by orientation in the fall.
